2. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided once a purchase is completed.

3. Fulfillment and Shipping (Physical Products)

Physical products may be made-to-order and fulfilled by third-party production and shipping partners. Processing and shipping times may vary.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review and assist.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes. LUXXDESIGNSERVICES reserves the right to dispute any chargeback with supporting documentation.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and timely information needed to complete the service or order. Delays caused by missing information do not qualify for refunds.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, templates, strategies, documents, and digital products remain the intellectual property of LUXXDESIGNSERVICES unless otherwise stated in writing. No copying, reselling, or redistribution is permitted.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We may refuse or discontinue service for any reason, including abusive behavior, policy violations, or misuse of materials.

9. Limitation of Liability

LUXXDESIGNSERVICES is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of services or products. Services and products are provided “as is” without guarantees.

We collect only the information needed to process orders and provide support. We do not sell your personal information. Data may be shared only with payment processors, fulfillment providers, or as required by law.
